Welcome to a  varied collection of images that represent my personal perspective of the West Country of England.
How do you see the the county which you call home? Do you make time to immerse yourself into the landscape and really appreciate your surroundings?
I am incredibly fortunate to live and work in Torbay- South Devon, which logistically, is a great base from where I explore the varied and diverse locations that the south west has to offer, capturing and documenting my journey through photography.

- Manual Focus -

My camera body was second hand as are most of my lenses. I have  never read my manual or completed any courses.
Being self taught has prolonged and deepened the journey and allowed me to develop at my own pace and fill in the gaps when I meet others more experienced than myself whom are willing to offer advice in exchange for location knowledge or a trip out.
The journey has created the  opportunities for me to feature in several  National photography magazines,  achieve two commended awards  for images entered in the Landscape photographer of the year making it to the printed book and National Theatre Gallery exhibition in London in the first and second year of entering, and also a small but consistently growing Getty account.
